Toddi Norum

Instructional Designer, Learning Analyst

Toddi Norum has been working in the Learning and Development field for over 15 years after transitioning from technical writing. A good deal of her career has been focused on work with the Armed Services, robotics, remote technologies and other innovative products. She has deep experience with learning technologies and LMS systems but prefers the day-to-day creativity found in the development of content. She loves what she does and currently consults a medical device company and a state health agency.Mom to two adult children, and a native of Colorado, Toddi now lives in Southern New Hampshire in a farm community with her spouse and six small dogs. She also works as a canine foster mom and has placed nine dogs with forever homes this year. With a deep interest in education, policy and digital equity, she is working on a Master's in Community Development at the University of New Hampshire. She hopes to launch a non-profit focused on training equity for students who don't want college debt. Toddi loves gluten-free cooking, biking, and music, particularly alternative and jazz. She also loves international travel, hiking and live concerts. If she could have done anything else in life, she says that she would have been a filmmaker or a professional guitarist. Or both. She used to say that the most interesting thing she’d ever done was to produce an award-winning documentary about a race car driver at the Pikes Peak Hill Climb (the 2nd oldest car race in the United States) in 2016. According to her, the story of how her team got the story was as interesting as the story itself! But, given the fact that her newest documentary has taken five film festival awards in 2024, she might have a new “best” story to tell!
