Michelle King is a distinguished Learning & Development and DEIB leader with over 15 years of experience in helping progressive organizations drive impactful learning strategies and cultivate inclusive cultures. Throughout her career Michelle has spearheaded transformative initiatives at top companies like SAP NetApp and SuccessFactors where she has harnessed her expertise in curriculum development talent management and organizational change to significantly boost employee confidence streamline onboarding processes and double productivity. As the founder of Own Your Career LLC Michelle develops and executes strategic visions for personal and professional growth providing tailored coaching sessions and personalized strategies that resonate with unique leadership styles. She has successfully created and facilitated training programs focused on leadership development career transitions and work-life balance earning high satisfaction ratings from participants. Michelle's academic credentials include an EdD in Leadership and Innovation an MEd in Learning Technologies & Design and a BA in Organizational Leadership all from Arizona State University where she graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She is also a certified Leadership & Mindfulness Coach and holds multiple certifications including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and DISC Behavior Analyst.
