Ack! My accessible SCORM isn’t working in my LMS!

Yay, you've designed an Accessible eLearning Course! You publish your course to the LMS only to find it doesn’t work!? Ack! What do you do now?

You've carefully designed, developed and tested a really great, accessible course. You've done your due diligence to ensure all users can perceive, operate, understand it. Now you’re ready to publish it in the LMS and go live. You upload your SCORM (or other course resources and activities), hit publish…. but it doesn’t work! Your pilot testers get stuck, they can’t complete the course, or some people can’t access what they need.

Has this happened to you? You’re not alone. Not all LMS vendors are fully WCAG 2.1/AA compliant, and while some claim they are, there may be specific features, functions and settings that aren’t. Learn from the experience my team, clients and I have gathered over the years to troubleshoot situations like these.
